Car puller

Some months ago I read about a (non) motorized puller for moving cars into sheds,etc.I have looked back through past articles and have not had any luck.Does anyone have a better memory than I,and could provide me with the manufacturers name or the magazine name and date.This is driving me nuts! Any help would really be appreciated,Riley Bishop.
