Cascades in the Emerald City

These Cascades roll of course, and right to the heart of Seattle. Recently restored (partially) King St Station looks pretty good with it’s antennas removed and a nice green roof.

And it wasn’t that many years ago that the white building with a similar tower that was once named the Smith Tower to the left of King St. Station and a couple blocks away was the tallest building west of the Mississippi River. My how that has changed just in Seattle alone.
