I am working on my first layout. Long story and boring details. I know on the official Cass site states they have used modified 40’ log cars as passenger cars. Where can I find good pictures or specs on these to try and duplicate them? I tried to email Cass but haven’t received a reply. Also, does anyone besides Bachmann make a 40’ log car. These puppies are expensive.

That is the web site of the Mountain State Railroad & Logging Historical Association. They have a lot of photos. Go to page 4 and there is a photo of one of the cars being painted.
