One thing that helps eliminate air bubbles in RTV molds and when casting resin is using a vacuum chamber. I bought some of those vacuum storage bags you attach a shop vacuum hose. I put wood blocks (not shown) over the top of the mold to prevent the bag from collapsing into the wet RTV.
