I have a copy of Micro-Mark the Small Tool Specialists catalog for Summer 2010. Has anyone here done business with these people? If so, were you satisfied; if not, why not? I thought I would check here before I call and place an order. Thanks for your tips.

I suspect most of us MRs that have been around awhile have used Micromart at one time or another. I have been a very satisfied customer of theirs for about 10 years. The owner is a model railroader, and it shows in many of the products in the catalog.
In short, I have placed about 30 orders with them over the years, and NEVER had a problem with them in any way. Usually in the summer they have specials, and I try to take advantage of them.

I have been buying from MicroMArk for a number of years with no problems; their prices may be a bit higher that some other mail orders. They have a number of useful tools like the truck tuner which is an exclusive. [tup] [tup] [tup]
I am also a satisfied MicroMark customer and have been so for over 10 years. They are very prompt in handling orders and I have always been satisfied with the quality of the merchandise.

I’ve ordered at least six times from Micro-Mark, using both mail-order & online and gotten prompt service everytime. Only one time was an item backordered & it arrived within a month. I will definately order from them again. Good luck & good modeling.

Get on their mailing list so that they send you their sale catalog. There are some incredible bargains in there.
