Not a paint scheme that union people will appreciate. All I can think of when I see it, is Caterpillar’s demand for London Ontario employees to cut their wages in half, or lose their jobs… some choice.
Why would it be trucked to the power plant?

The Twin Oaks coal mine and Luminant Power Plant are in Robertson County, between Bremond and Kosse on Texas Highway 6.
Perhaps the power plant is isolated from the rail system for some reason?
