Was in Folkston yesterday. A crew from CBS was there for the weekend talking to locals and those of us gathered for the day for train watching. We were told a feature will air on either April 23 or 30.
A little disappointed on the day, long period of nothing. Rice Yard in Waycross was full and trains were held south of Folkston until room was cleared. One engineer asked if he could park and get a “happy meal”. Jax told him, sure he had two hours to wait. A couple of priority freights were allowed around him. Did see a meet before packing up and heading home.
