Rode Albany NY CDTA a week ago and the new tap fare card readers are in service. The idea is to speed up boarding on the BRT. Only 5 passenger have used the tap cards. The cards are MIA from grocery stores and credit unions where weekly and montly passes are sold and they are not sold on the bus.
