Cement booties for buildings?

I have a storehouse that stands on wooden legs, but I know that the real thing has those wooden legs encased in cement pyramid-shaped feet. How would you suggest I create those boots?

I realize that we are looking at rather small parts here, even in G scale, but this is the way I’d tackle it.

Starting with a piece of plywood, cement a post the size of a “wooden leg” vertical on the surface. Cut a couple of pieces of wood the thickness of the height of the “boot” and bevel one side to match the desired angle. Fasten one piece against the central post on each side so the bevel leaves an opening at the top. The other two sides should be stopped with removable pieces of carefully cut wood to complete the form for the square-based pyramid. Oil the form interior. The form can be filled with plaster as many times as necessary to make the needed number of 'boots." Or you might go purely prototype and use Portland cement (no sand or aggregate, and very little water.) Either way, the mix should be very stiff so it won’t shrink too much.

If you happen to have the Feb Model Railroader they have an article on page 50 about an N scale bridge with concrete peirs.
