Central Railroad of Indiana - Rail America

I had some extra time on my hands after a trip from Cincinnati yesterday, and I decided to check out the Central Railroad of Indiana. With it serving the new automotive plant in Greensburg Indiana, I thought it would be interesting–although there is always something about Rail America properties that I find deperessing . . .

Anyway, can anyone tell me some details on the line?

Do its operations go all the way into Cincinnati?

Does it still operate between Greensburg and Shelbyville?

What are the train frequencies/customers like?

Greensburg looked like a nice little area of business for them, but the tracks don’t look to hot between Greensburg and Shelbyville. In my amature/novice way, I think the line would be more successful CIND had the line up to Indianapolis. I am surprised that CSX has not sold it to them. It is not as though Shelbyville is such a mecca of rail traffic that CSX must hold on to it.
