Cheap bridge construction

Newbie to G; lots of experience in N, HO and O (indoor). I have about fifteen feet of low ground to cover at an average of about 12 inch clearance. Some straight, some curved. I was thinking of some sort of viaduct-type with arches, etc, but am open to suggestions. Ground is very rocky with large (boulder size in some locations) rocks. Biggest problem is how to secure bridge pillars, etc to ground. Just need some ideas, thoughts, suggestions, especially some pictures of anyone/thing covering that much space.

15 feet in G scale isn’t very much, but your problem is with the ground itself being rocky. There are hundreds of ways to build a bridge, but the only way I can think of to anchor it is by digging in the footers. Maybe you can skirt the rocky ground issue by digging in two big footers at the start and end points and building a suspention type bridge. Other than that, I can’t think of anything other than to grab a shovel and dig rock…
