Why did the city of Logan West Virginia put their C&O Berkshire 2755 on display at Chief Logan State Park instead of inside the Logan city limits. I think they don’t have a city park to put the engine there
Maybe they decided that more people would visit it and appreciate it at a state park than a city park?
