Probably about 15 years ago I read a very interesting article about the cabooses the Chessie System had painted in various colors with different safety slogans. I believe it gave the dates these cabooses were in service and told of a maybe a contest wherein folks were to watch for the different cabooses. Was unable to locate info searching the Trains Magazine index. Can anyone lead me to a story about this safety program and the various cabooses? Thanks much!
I think this site has photos of all 23, if that helps.
