No matter what, there needs to be a speedy route into downtown Chicago. With CN preparing to leave the ex-IC route along LSD, there is room for a three-track main with no road or rail crossings from nearly 30 miles away to a new HSR station at Millenium Park. Union Station should be linked to this station via the St. Charles Air Line.
