Americans can’t build one. Third world countries can.
To much govt. red tape and regs in the usa
If high speed rail is to be build let non government agency build it and operate it not the taxpayers. This won’t happen because high speed rail doesn’t make money except for the construction. After that its a money drain. Mexico already has high speed rail of any train that moves up to 20 mph people to cross into the United States to grab the freebies to drain the tax payers here.
So Mexico and India could have high speed rail? When ( if ever ) will we get it in the USA???
