Cincinnati’s streetcar still making progress
These new Urbos 3 cars by CAF should dispel any remaining notion that “streetcars are old fashioned.” Once this project is successfully up and running in Cincy, maybe Columbus (OH) will see the light.
I never thought I’d see this project completed in Cincinnati. Great job by the local construction team!
I live here and I never expected it to be completed!
Chicago should watch and learn. Streetcar arcing east and north from west loop stations to Michigan Avenue. And arcing east on the St. Charles Air Line to the museum campus and a new south loop HST station.
I am sure that there are reasons, but why can’t the virtually completed subway tunnels be utilized for at least part of thei system?
