Circus coming to Grand Central Terminal

I hope the clown troupe realizes it could fill all its needs with an audition in Washington, DC.

Vanderbilt Hall was the larger and more sophisticated theater at the terminal. The other one was for news reels. For a time, and perhaps now it hosted first run films. A circus, though, might give the Terminal a touch of Penn Station’s “spring scent”, thanks to having Madison Square Garden sitting on it.

The question is did this one ring circus travel by train like the three ring versions do?

I think Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum should audition for the clown positions. They have a natural talent for it.

This is a great concept, which I would like to see repeated out here at Los Angeles Union Passenger Terminal! This would be a
brilliant way to draw attention to the circus and to some of the fantastic union depots in this country.

“kudos” to Mr. Bates !! May I also suggest, that if the recruiters act fast enough, they may find a dedicated candidate visiting the White House, who thinks he’s a clown, but is so good “cracking the whip”, Ring-Master might be more appropriate.
