City Classics HO scale Carnegie Street Manufacturing Building Kit

What is the foot print size?

I agree. I bought this kit about a year ago. I didn’t like the signage included, so I did my own: Quantum Mechanic Supply Co. I felt it was a nice kit; a good deal for the money as is City Classics gas station kit. Although the only drawback is that the windows and doors are molded in place, so after painting the entire thing, you have to go back and be very careful hitting the doors (etc) with trim and door paint. Good deal!

The footprint size depends on how you build the kit. However, the main building is about 8" by 5" while the extra parts can be built a variety of ways to further add to that footprint. My area of space available has a few odd angles so I have to customize the kit a bit to fit.

Thanks for the information. I will check this one out.

I have been saying for awhile now that prices on just about everything railroad related is through the roof! It is wonderful that a kit with great kitbash potential is that affordable!! Love to see more!

I found it to be a very good kit with detailed instructions. Easy to arrange components to fit your space and needs. A very good buy.

Good review and to see City Classics and DPM are trying to hold down prices and still make a good kit. I’ll be looking for one of these at my LHS!

Like all the offerings from City Classics, this kit is a great value. I have found their structures to be highly detailed and offering plenty of kit-bashing as well as expansion opportunities. An added plus, they are all made in the USA.

I would love to see more of these inexpensive kits in MRR. Thanks.
