City, Mountain, Town, Seaside, or Plains

Which 1 do you like best?? ----NScaler5

Yes! (How’s that for the short answer?)

They all have their place. All can be done well and I can get into any of them, although seaside is probably the most fun for me.

I’m doing high desert. Not listed. There should also be allowances for multiple scenes like city and mountains.

I didin’t vote.

I’d rather have a layout with ten scale miles of running through the flatlands of the Midwest, than a layout with two miles of heavy industrial switching. Of course, I’d rather live there too!

I like three of those listed: city, mountain, and town.

I like quite a few of those. I really enjoy ports, mainly because they involve water[:D]

Mountains, can’t get enough of those! Especially with places near me like Banff!

Hmmm… More variety than I thought there would be… I thought it would all be mountains!! ----NScaler5

Ok I added some more layout-types.

I voted city but i still do a lot of mountains also…maybe this should be catagorized a bit more…

I voted for valley, but towns, seaports, farmland, foothills work for me also. I’ll include the others when I build the Great Atlantic and Pacific Railroad in a large warehouse[:D]
Enjoy

Well, the Yuba River Sub is located in the Sierra Nevada mountains of northern California, so it’s pretty much a no-brainer for me. However I am installing a mining town right now, so that is definitely my alternate choice.

Let’s see. I have a 4x8. On it, I have a town, mining town, desert and mountains.

And I guess it woulod be mountains, but loggin really should be added.

Aren’t valleys by the mountains? That way I can vote for two!

Mountains, Towns City, Farmland, Seaside. EVERYTHING thats why when i am older i will try to model a good portion of New England. Tim

I like cities, towns, mountains, mining, valley, and logging. There should have been an option for more than one choice.
