Clean bloody nose of SP MP15

I’ve noticed that the SP switchers with the bloody nose design have no white “SP” letters on the front. At least the MP15 has a clean front site that could hold the letters easy.

Is it correct that SP painted the white “SP” letters on it’s road machines with a bloody nose but not on switchers of the same color?
