What, if anything, is the best cleaning fluid to use in the Lionel postwar 3927 Track Cleaning car? I’m looking for something that is, of course, both safe and effective.

Lionel sells a Lubrication/Maintenance kit that includes a bottle of track cleaning fluid.

I just use rubbing alcohol. It cleans, dries too fast to cause rust.
