It’s a little late for weekend photo fun, so here are some shots for “beginning of week” photo fun. The pics show my scenery efforts around Cluff’s Garage. . . ground cover, brush, trees, etc.
WOW, excellent work, you really hit the nail on the head. Great pictures, I hope my layout will have scenes near as realistic as these.
Beautiful Work!!!
I like the way your roads came out as well as your trees. Nice!!!
That’s very, very nice. Hope to see more of your layout. The far side of the road in your last picture looks interesting. Thanks.
Tom
wow! very realistic scene’s cm.especially like the clutter of junk by the side of the building.excellent IMO.terry…(BTW is the bldg scratch built or is it a kit?)
The building was made from a kit (resin with metal detail parts) by Alder Models of Deep River, ON. However, I understand they have recently closed up shop. Too bad, because they produced some nice kits.
The carwash scene is from Woodland Scenics. The hoses (water for carwash and air for tires) were made from thin solder.
Thanks for the comment, Bob. Coming from you, it means a lot. I’ve been admiring your work for quite some time.
Really, really nice work Murry. I took note of how your roof looks. I have been working on my own roof for a bit and was happy with it until I took a good look at yours. Great one to study, so i thank you for the example. Also, I really liked that caboose you have. I assume you detailed that one up your self? What brand is it?
It’s a Van Hobbies brass Pte. St. Charles caboose, and yes, I painted and lettered it myself.
Glad you like my garage roof!
That’s real nice. Looks like you put some hard work into that.
