Port of Thunder Bay being locked in by record ice, hasn’t helped. They’re behind as well due to events beyond their control.

Can’t anyone accept the bitter weather North America has endured this past Winter? I’m not supporting Canadian National. I’m not supporting the grain shippers. And I’m surely not blaming this on the great lakes being froze over. In any business, it’s easy to point out the problem and point fingers, it’s a lot harder to suggest a positive solution or alternative.
