Money is tight. There is nothing wrong with the Woodcrest shops.
Can someone explain to me, looking at a CN map, how Kirk is nothing more than a satellite to CN’s operations? Unless they aquire trackage rights over CSX to Wellsboro or NS to South Bend, how does this even make sense? Same track in and out and way out of the way from the former IC/GTW
