CN to continue legal action against Hunter Harrison
If CP begins to operate like CN, the legal eagles will be soaring high looking for a kill.
CN does not own the operating system is uses.
Almost all railroads have done it for over a hundred years or more, so why shouldn’t CP be allowed to try it.
Harrison (with the help of a lot of great CN people) brought Canadian National to the forefront. With the help of some current Canadian Pacific employees, I’m sure he’ll bring CP back to where it should be - strong competition for CN Rail.
Big smile: If CN is taking legal action against E Hunter, are they, by any chance looking for legal contributions?
Mind, in my world, as a BNSF engineer, we are already picking up traffic that was historically CPR traffic in North Dakota. With EHH in charge and his legacy of poor customer service and poor labour relations, I think we have a winner on our hands.
