Coal mine article in MR

Several years ago MR featured a series by tony Koester on an addition he built to his old Allegheny and Midland layout. One of the monthly features showed how the Walthers New River Minimg Company kit could be kitbashed. Does anyone know what issue of MR that article appeared in?

Hello Jim,

According to the Model Train Magazine Index, structures for the Coal Fork Extension were published in the October 1998 issue of Model Railroader.
