Cody’s Workshop: Episode 7 - touching up resin water and painting locomotive step stripes

Cody,
You’ve been caught! One of your standard painting rules over the years, "Don’t shake jars of paint it gets on the jar lip and makes it more difficult to open. Micro-Mark makes a great paint mixer item #80975 for only $10.95. I have had one for several years with no problems. Also for you paint shakers …LIKE CODY… they make a jar opener item #81313 for $6.75. Both are in their 30th anniversary celebration sales catalog.
Thanks,
Mark

Great episode and always good tips. How about some more N Scale projects?

Very easy and practical techniques, thank you Cody!

The pegs you showed from C & L for baseboard alignment are called Pattern makers dowels
Keep up the good work.

Another way to add step-edge striping is to use decal stripes. The Microscale Missouri Pacific diesel set has enough stripes to last a lifetime of striping!
