Has anyone put out a kit or RTR HO scale caboose for Colorado & Southern??

Must be your lucky day! Centralia Car Shops has then in stock–part number CCS1110–they’re available through Intermountain.

If you’re willing to put the C&S decal on, Walthers made one. In the advanced search, enter 932 for the manufacturer and 4-window for the search term. There are several that might be appropriate depending on your era.

Also, both Athearn and Atlas have done wide vision cabeese in BN. Those too can be converted with a wee bit of decaling.
