If I am missing any more, and I’m sure I am, feel free to add them. Just make sure they aren’t too narrow or specific. Remember, WIDELY useful applies to a vast range of modelers.

I thought that the thread on the order of cars in a train was excellent. There was also some great information on today’s tread regarding eBay.

Good idea Aggro, this topic should have more links added as we think of them and be held near the front page as a resource.

A while back I posted a link to an article on my website on the method I use to make Ground Foam for scenery use. It is at http://dansresincasting.com/Ground%20foam.htm Maybe someone will find this usefull.

Yessss! I immediately bookmarked this thread. Joe Fugate just started one today on DCC, and I know it will be another instant classic.

The topic of posting pictures comes up a lot, and gets answered repeatedly. A good, definitive reply might be helpful here.

AGG: What a slick idea, I shall print this and use as future reference, this should have a seperate forum on it’s own, good thinking.

This is a great idea !!! A list of links to “helpful hints” topics all in one place ! The powers that be should “sticky” it so it stays at the top of the list. [yeah] [tup] [:D]

When I was an Administrator of another forum I created a ARCHIVE section. I put all topics that were very usefull into there separate catagories. I was huge in helping people and also was usefull on repeated questions.

I think I’ll try to keep this within the first 4 pages of this board.

Excelent Idea. on POSTING PICTURES on this website, see:

I have kept an eye on this thread, Aggro, and it is not only a good idea, but it is getting better with each addition. My compliments!

It would be helpful if you included a title or description for the links you post.
