Con-Cor has their HO MP15 switchers with DCC on sale for 50% off ($49.95) which is a bargain if they are any good. Has anyone got one of these and tried to put a sound decoder in it? Wonder how much trouble it would be? I’ve never owned a Con-Cor loco so don’t really know anything about them.
They are cutting-edge technology…for 20 years ago. I would avoid them, spend a few dollars more, and go with the much, much better offerings from Athearn and Atlas. There is a reason they have them on sale…
