Concrete Coaling Tower comparison

I am curious to see if anyone has knowledge of the Tichy Train Group 400 Ton Coaling Tower, and whether it is close enough to represent the tower that used to be in White River Jct. on the Central Vermont. There is a kit especially for that from Alkem, but the price is about twice the Tichy one.

Has anyone worked with either of these models, enough to say?
