This does not work… no link…

This link has been repaired. Internet crash in Vernonia. Sorry.

I have been using similar connectors on Tortoises for over 10 years. I just buy the connectors at my local electronics shop. The connectors are not expensive but you should use a proper crimp tool to get reliable connections.
I prewire them at the workbench, to whatever length I need, then install them on the layout with no soldering at all.
I fit 3 short wires to one of the contacts for controlling the frog polarity, and run these to a small screw terminal block under each turnout, and I solder 3 matching wires to each turnout (handlaid) prior to installation.
I use screw terminal blocks for all track wiring under the layout - my aim is to NOT have to solder anything under the layout because that is a pain.
My standard colour code is:
Black - back rail
Grey - front rail
Green - frog, of course.
