Conrail at Horseshoe Curve Video by Pentrex

I was just wondering if anyone has ever seen the “Horse Shoe Curve” video that Pentrex made of Conrail back in 1989. I saw that Pentrex has the video on sale and I was wondering if anyone has seen this and what their opinion is on it? Most train videos are good, but everyonce in a while there’s one that’s not as great as it sounds when you read the preview, so that’s why I’m asking some opinions on it, I don’t want to buy it and then be even slightly disappointed. So, what’s your opinion on it?
I’d appreciatte any replys,
thanks.

The video is ok, the best thing about it is that it is all Conrail trains. It is about 1 hour long, if it is on sale it will probably be worth getting. IMO

I own a copy of it…it was the very last video I bought from the Great American Train Store. It was ok…The sound is distorted, but otherwise, its ok…not worth paying $40 bucks for, but good enough for $10

Never saw any train videos ever, but the curve itself is awsome!

OK, thank’s for the info. everybody. I agree with “bnsfkline”, the video sounds like it would be a good video, but because it’s older, it’s probably not really worth $40, but on sale at $10 is probably a good buy. I’ll probably end up getting the video, and later, I noticed that Big “E” Productions has a DVD Video titled “The Trains at Horseshoe Curve” 3 hours 25 min. long. I’ll probably get this video later on, it’s $46.95 on DVD. It was made in July 1998 one month before Conrail was to be controlled by NS and CSX. Anyway, thanks for the replys everybody.
