Yes. All Conrail units, except for the end-cab switchers, had marker lights.

Not so fast. If you are speaking of classification lights then you are correct. If you are speaking of the red marker lights meant to be used when a locomotive is in the trailing position, then you are not correct. Conrail C30-7’s 6600-6609 were not built with these lights and never had them. The C30-7A’s 6550-6559 were built with them. They were also found on SD50’s, 60’s, 60M’s and 80MAC’s, the last order of GP40-2’s, C36-7’s, B36-7’s, C39-8’s, C32-8’s and all the Dash 8-40B’s, C’s and CW’s.

Let me rephrase…
All Conrail units except end-cab switchers had either dedicated marker lights, or class lights that were used as marker lights.
