Contacting Bowser?

I have tried emailing via the website a couple of times and have had no joy. Does anyone have a current email address please?

I have emailed Bowser and they have responded to me. Go to the Bowser site and use their email address. That is how I emailed them

Possibility they are busy with train shows.

I find calling on the telephone to work very well; better than e-mail. Making a phone call on my last Bowser order allowed me to have the stock checked real time (I got the last one on the shelf), and discuss whether to back order out of stock items or not. Clarifications of intentions on both sides are much easier with a phone call.

Yeah, I would also call. They are quite friendly and helpful folks. A lot of companies have stepped up their email filtering because of all the spam, so yours might not have gotten through. If you want to try email again, try changing the wording of your “Subject”.

Maybe that´s the reason I don´t get any answer from Branchline trains then?

But I have changed the title of it…So it may not be it.

You could try contacting them via facebook.

I did that suggesting some BN U25Bs.
