Conway Scenic to host photographers’ steam special Jan. 3
This looks like a beautiful ride!
I took this trip last year with my wife and friends. The temp was below zero when we left N. Conway but the journey and the fine service made this one of my favorite railfan trips ever. The photo stops get crowded so those thinking about making this trip should bring a good telephoto lens. This is a big 0-6-0, but our train was so crowded, we had a (classic) diesel pusher.
