Does anyone know the issue of Model Railroader Magazine that showed the photo of the Cornerstone Glacier Gravel Company is based upon?
An Internet search suggests that you may be thinking of the Dolese Sand and Gravel Co. introduced in the January 1982 Model Railroader as part of Andy Sperandeo’s Washita and Santa Fe series. Gordon Odegard described building a model in the August 1984 MR. But I don’t think Odegard’s model looks as much like the prototype as does Glacier Gravel.
