There are several picture hosting site that you can join for free. I use Railimages myself. If you click on the link in my signature and then look at the top of the page you’ll see a link that will get you all fixed up with an account. It takes a couple of days for them to set it up, and then you can upload images from your computer onto your new homepage. You can then post those pictures on forums like this one. It’s really quite easy, and it makes you look like you actually know what you’re doing! I know that I don’t know what I’m doing, and look how professional I appear![;)]
It’s easy to create a picture from your RTS software.
To create a pic using the atlas real track software:
1 Select all for every element on your layout. Make sure the whole thing is in view and copy it. This will save a series of vector points and drawing commands to the clipboard.
Open up MS-Paint and paste it. It will draw it perfectly to the same size as it is on the Atlas software. (So if your zoom size is 1 expect a HUGE paint file)

You don’t need to copy and paste - RTS has a “save as .bmp” option. Here’s how to save your graphic and paste into this forum
Use the line tool (tools > draw > line) and create a box outside (not on) the edge of your layout.
Save the graphic as a .bmp. (File > Save as > file name ‘type file name’ > save as type ’ select bmp’ > save)
To paste your graphic into this forum use the forum code, typed on a separate line (replace my <> with square brackets)
file location c:\etc.\filename.bmp
