Maybe it’s just my public school education talking, here, but 2016 is only three years away, not six. Did I miss something?
And so the matter of Harrison’s no compete clause with CN is resolved. CN drops all litigation, Harrison gets Creel and a 3 year time out ensues. Great news for CP and a smooth play by Harrison to get CN to back off.
From all reports, it appears that Hunter Harrison will probably succeed in his revamping of CP - Isn’t it odd that he requires ex CNRail people to help him complete his dream ?
