The CP Christmas train passd through my area, Binghamton, NY’s Conklin Yard, earlier in hte year after leaving from Scranton, PA.
Missed it this year, hope to catch it next year!

I noticed the “Canadian” engine sported both a Canadian flag and a US flag. Does that train cross into the US ?

There likely won’t be a Christmas, er Holiday Train through this area again, Galaxy. NS is buying the ex-Lackawanna from Sunbury to Binghamton, and the D&H from Binghamton to the Albany area. That was the only reason I was willing to sit in traffic for two hours to get to Conklin, walk on icy walks and pavement, and stand around in the cold and dark to see it this year. The train itself was impressive, but I missed the entertainment.
