Does anyone if the Canadian Pacific or the Canadian National operated in the U.S in the 1940’s?
Canadian National had several subsidiaries in the US. Grand Trunk Western, Duluth, Winnipeg and Pacific, Central Vermont, and Grand Trunk in the East. Canadian Pacific had several of their own lines in the East in Vermont and Maine, as well as subsidiary Soo Line.
