Here again, this would draw bigger crowds if it was advertised.

Beats the heck out of the UP canceled Christmas train in Oregon.

I saw the train in Thief River Falls MN. My thanks to CP and the many donors for doing something good to improve our world.

Congratulations to CP; sure is a different result than UP in Oregon.

I know this train runs each year across Minnesota by mid-December so I post it on our newspaper’s website 2-3 weeks in advance and run an article in our Holiday preview at Thanksgiving. And our town is 35 miles from the mainline it uses, and still locals tell me they have seen it before.

I find the info on the CP Rail website’s media list, open to the public. Barry, check it out next year. The trains pretty much run early December each year.
