on monday & tuesday im gonna be taking a trip down their. i have seen the yard from the hwy but no where else. id like to know the good watching spots for the yard. & places thats easy to park the car & watch. & also how the switching works here. & the motive power. otherwise ill head out to brookfield & duplainville to watch cp trains.

Well there a couple of spots that you can sit and watch trains go by one place is over by. Miller park one of the parking lots is right by the tracks it’s about 250 feet or maybe more from the tracks another place you might be able to. Park is on canal St. That runs almost right next to the tracks and if you can’t park on the St you can park in the miller park parking lot and walk down the sidewalk and see some great action. I’m sure there are others but I can’t think of them rite now.
