I saw HOMX 180003, HOMX 196006, and HOMX 199067 today. The reporting marks were changed recently on all of them. However, they retained their numbers. All looked like CPDX cars of the same numbers. Did Chevron decide to sell its fleet to CIT and lease the cars back? Or, is Chevron just selling its “older” (1996 and 1999 were not that long ago) cars?
