Beautiful, and none of the fancy-shmansy bolted on streamlining, I forgot all about the Dominion, as The Canadian took all the glory, how could I forget, I worked the ice gang and we used to ice the coaches of the DOMINION in Moose Jaw, a rather primitive air conditioning, but it worked when it was not 105 on the prairies. Thanks for the memories.
From 1931-1932 the transcontinental was called the IMPERIAL, then it was called the DOMINION and was eliminated in 1966-67(remember EXPO?), then the CANADIAN took over in 1955 and is gone forever.
