Not really. If it is densely packed snow that is now mostly hard caked ice, it would take a long time to clear it off manually.
Surprising that it would take close to an hour. I suppose the tree stuck in one side should be an indicator that this snow was a bit tougher than the stuff we shovel out of our driveways…
