I’ve been using plans for old kits to build in 1:32 scale. While tempted to buy kits just for the instructions and plans, does anyone have bridge or building kit plans that are no longer needed?

Exactly the kind of site I was looking for but with bridges and/or buildings. This site is all rolling stock and motive power.

Have you looked at ebay auctions? Usually structure kit sellers include plans and drawings in their photos. Just save 'em.
Look at the publications from Model Railroader. I have, Bridges and linside structures and about 8 others that are graet plans that you can work with. I use the software from Evans design to draw them and then get templates. ALSO any of the house plan software on the market can be used to draw and print out plans.
Neat way to make a one of a kind structure also.

I feel your frustration. I like to get as much bang for my buck as I can, and having to buy, buy , buy doesn’t fit into my philosophy. I have a set of Campbell prints I am almost done with. It is for the Red Mountain Mine in HO. Send me your address and I will send you the plans. I try to observe copyrights, so I won’t do it by e-mail unless I draw it and add my own measures. Your choice.
I hear you but did you know that at the train shows they are selling the old Campbell instructions for $10 to $15 each. That might by why.
In my case I have 30 of those kits UNBUILT so I sort of need them !!!

Thanks Tom. I never much understood the concern for copyrights when for personal use. Especially that I am building in a scale/guage that has little to offer in scale models. I’ll even give Campbell credit!
As an Architect I am generally flattered to see elements of my other designs show up in town. We each seem to add to the previous ideas and in the end we are all richer for it.

If detailed drawings (as opposed to actual kit plans) will do, then Mike Blazek is a good bet. His plans are of Colorado NG prototypes, but can work anywhere. His new website is http://blazeksplan.com/
Sorry to but in but one place for scratch building plans are the older model railroad craftsman, the plans are quite detailed.
