I have a chance to get a couple plaster kits made by a company I’ve never heard of before. Winchester Models made a concrete round coaling dock and a concrete sand tower to go with it. Anyone have any info on these models?

Have you tried a Google search on the firm name? That’s usually the best way to look for something.
If Google doesn’t turn up information about the company, then chances are they have gone out of business quite some time ago and no one has ever posted a link to their products.
