Crew Life aboard the Overland Limited

Hello all, any ideas as to where I could get an accout of crew life aboard the Overland Limited? Any books or publications on this subject that come to mind?

Besides the Pullman porters, the dining car staff normally would stay on the train the whole way. I did find a website that looks like it might have info for you:
