Come on city and state officials, let’s help CSX get the job done.
Sad to say, CSX still cannot fix Howard St Tunnel so that doublestacks can go through it. They will have to fillet the stacktrains in their new Baltimore terminal and make the trains into single stacks in order to continue on to the Northeastern U.S.
who knew that nimbys are extinct in baltimore. the mayor deserves some credit for this request.
